On a Windows machine, since the mail client (Outlook) is installed on the local drive the signature file is stored in the user's profile on the local drive. It sounds like your SigPro software is more of the latter, but only works on the Mac's mail.app client.I have not used Outlook on Mac so cannot say for sure. If you have users who will be using both the web client and the local client, they will need to maintain their signature in both places.I tried everything in Outlook for Mac and when I did a copy / paste of my HTML created signature, the result, no matter how I changed things around send the images as attached images instead of finding the images on my web server. They both connect to the same mailbox, but the signature happens at the client level. The locally installed Outlook, think of them as two separate systems.
